Triūn’s client-oriented, customer-first mentality facilitates easy coordination with owners and building occupants during the renovation process. Triūn’s construction managers use their extensive past experience to anticipate and plan for obstacles and challenges that are likely to be encountered as a result of unforeseen conditions that typically occur in renovation projects. Their proactive approach results in zero to minimal construction change orders, minimized schedule creep, and increased customer satisfaction.

VERTICAL CONSTRUCTION
From pre-engineered metal buildings to tilt-wall construction, Triūn understands the advantages, disadvantages, and management requirements for vertical building construction projects regardless of construction method. The Triūn team of estimators analyze the requirements of each project taking into account project-specific factors such as geotechnical conditions, availability and location of utilities, site grading and drainage characteristics, subcontractor availability, and construction materials and methods. A high-priority for every vertical construction project is the early initiation of subcontractor coordination. Triūn prioritizes contracting the most critical trades, such as MEP, structural and concrete, and will organize several coordination meetings to investigate and resolve potential conflicts in order to maintain the schedule.

HORIZONTAL CONSTRUCTION
