This emergency infrastructure project delivered critical pipeline and manhole upgrades to improve long-term system reliability in Odessa, Texas. Scope included removal of 1,000 LF of existing 24” ductile iron pipe, installation of new 24” FRPM piping with seamless tie-ins, construction of new polymer concrete and doghouse manholes, and development of a new access road to support both construction and future maintenance. The result: enhanced durability, improved access, and strengthened service continuity.
